What happens to your answers
The worksheet processes answers in this page’s memory. It does not submit them to our server, put them in a link, save them to browser storage, or send them to an AI service. We do not automatically persist your answers. Browser restoration may retain page state, so use “Clear this brief” before leaving a shared device; it resets the working brief immediately.
Use towns or cities, not precise home addresses. Do not enter names, children’s details, booking references, passport details or sensitive personal information. Travel and accommodation references should identify the public offer, not your booking.
Saving and reopening a plan
Download editable plan prepares a JSON file only when you choose. It contains the towns, group sizes, travel date, constraints, public references, figures and organiser-recorded responses you entered. It is not encrypted. Keep it private; your device or cloud-backup provider may retain copies.
Opening a file reads it locally and asks before replacing the current brief. Nothing is uploaded. A valid file is not proof of accurate content or current availability. Open only files you trust. Clearing the page does not delete downloaded files, backups, clipboard content or printed copies; manage those on your device.
Group responses
Responses are notes entered by the organiser after a conversation. We do not contact the other parties or verify votes, agreement or identity. Recorded agreement is not permission to book for someone else.
Copying and printing
Copy uses your device clipboard; print or save PDF uses your browser. Those copies are outside this page and cannot be revoked by us. Review the text before sharing. Your device, browser extensions and clipboard services may have their own settings and policies.
Hosting and links
Serving a website involves technical request information such as IP address and browser details at the hosting provider. The worksheet has no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cookies added by this application. No individual travel answers are included in its network requests.
UK Shortlists links include ordinary campaign labels identifying Breaks Together as the referring website, not your trip answers. UK Shortlists and other sites have their own privacy notices. We operate Breaks Together as part of Mark Hay Ventures Ltd, alongside UK Shortlists.
What this version cannot establish
Entered quote references and dates are not independently checked. A complete form is not proof of a route, price, availability, accessibility, pet acceptance or booking eligibility. This worksheet does not take bookings or payments and currently contains no direct merchant booking links.
